Emerging app-backup/deja-dup-18.1.1 fails because of a missing dependency :

Can't locate Locale/gettext.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.3/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.3 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.12.3/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.12.3 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at ./help2man line 29.

Adding dev-perl/Locale-gettext to the COMMON_DEPEND fixes the issue.

that's most likely a perl upgrade problem. Please paste emerge --info and full build.log
