While following gentoo prefix bootsrap process on os x and 'emerge -u system' fetch failes for debianutils. Seems like there's not such version on debian ftp servers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.bootstrap gentoo prefix on mac os x
2.USE=-git emerge -u system according to the instructions
3.
Actual Results:  
fetch failed for debianutils

Expected Results:  
fetches and compiles

Thanks, I've just updated the package, that should make it look for an existing distfile
