Description Andrey Kislyuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-05-21 19:46:42 UTC
Please stabilize sci-biology/amos-3.0.0.
Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams
Comment 1 Andreas Schürch gentoo-dev 2011-05-21 20:22:06 UTC
looks good here on x86.
Comment 2 Michael Orlitzky gentoo-dev 2011-05-21 22:06:10 UTC
Compiled fine on both x86 and amd64. I ran a couple of the binaries and they didn't crash or anything, but all wanted some kind of input files.
Comment 3 Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2011-05-22 13:01:22 UTC
amd64 ok
Comment 4 Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-05-23 20:01:41 UTC
