when samba and winbindd are running, syslog_ng lost name of original programs and logs EVERYTHING as from NSS_WINS.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install and run syslog_ng
2. install and run samba
3. install and run winbindd

Actual Results:  
syslog_ng logs everything as from nss_wins

Expected Results:  
syslog_ng must log records with original names of logging programs

Weird bug, which was disapeared after re-emerging syslog-ng. Now it logs everything with correct source progam names.
