Hi,

This is an upgrade to the cl-rsm-mod Modular Arithmetic Library. I couldn't find a changelog, but it's important for one good reason on it's own, Debian no longer has 1.1 in it's repository. This keeps the library usable between Debian and Gentoo, and will save some lisp developer a lot of hassle figuring out why things don't work.
Unfortunately I don't think any of the cl-rsm* packages have changelogs. I'll contact the debian administrator for them tommorow, and see if he has them.
