i'm not able to compile it

cdpar.c:47:33: cdda/cdda_interface.h: No such file or directory
cdpar.c:48:32: cdda/cdda_paranoia.h: No such file or directory

in cvs
Comment 3 Carlos Vendramini 2004-01-03 09:54:45 UTC
I made a test under the 3.1.3 ebuild, and used the option "--disable-cdpar" to compile grip 3.1.4. I really don't like cdparanoia, I prefer cdda2wav..
Comment 4 Carlos Vendramini 2004-01-05 11:15:55 UTC
I got the following from grip mailing list:

"Different distros put the cdparanoia includes in different places. It's maddening. In 3.1.4, I switched to the place to where Redhat
puts it.

I really should modify the configure script to check both locations (or at the very least, make it a configure option), but I haven't
gotten around to it yet."

That is the explanation about the problems with compilation...
