Bug 367417 – sys-apps/file-5.07 does not recognize application/zip file

After updating sys-apps/file from 5.06 to 5.07 the zip files are no longer correctly recognized

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file reporty.zip
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
reporty.zip: data

Expected Results:  
reporty.zip: Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract

Works OK with 5.06

Should propably get applied too, used also in Fedora Core:

Left this out as it wasn't in upstream repo.

This was in upstream repo and applied as 5.07-r1 in tree now, should fix this bug
