If a document being printed through cups-pdf backend contains
an .eps graphics in it, then pdf file produced is incomplete.

If the document starts with a page containing an eps object,
only this first page is put into pdf.

If the page with an eps object is in the middle(or the end)
of the document, then this page and all following pages are
not put into pdf file.

cups-pdf-1.3.1 produces same results
