glibmm-2.28.1 failed to build on my system. The last line said:

dodoc failed

examining the ebuild file i found the line with:

dodoc -r examples

added a line with "dev-cpp/glibmm -examples -examples" to /etc/portage/package.use and the build succeeded.

So I guess the latest version does not provide examples.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge glibmm
Actual Results:  
fails to build with examples use flag
