File seems to have changed since manifest.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ati-drivers-11.5 from x11-overlay.
Actual Results:

It seems AMD done a last minute fix. Thank you for reporting, it is fixed in x11 overlay now
