Description Nick White 2011-05-11 22:52:50 UTC
app-admin/eselect-package-manager 20110108 has been in the tree for around 4 months now, and has not had any bugs against it.

I have been using it happily enough on x86 for some time.

So it seems like a reasonable idea to stabilise it.

There's none of the alternative package managers in our stable tree. So I wonder why you would need stable keywords for eselect-package-manager?

True. I just thought that as this part of the alternative package manager ecosystem was small and simple and reliable, it may as well be marked stable. It does, I think, qualify for "both the package version and the ebuild are widely tested, known to work and not have any serious issues on the indicated platform", even if the things it controls may not.

Adding arch teams. Please decide for yourself if you want to stabilise this package for your architecture.
