Description Christian - Manny Calavera - Neumair 2002-06-12 14:52:59 UTC
A g2 bug for spider again ;-)
When i'm logged twice - through one of the vcs and graphically via gdm - and i
start gnome-terminal, the terminal gives me the message "Could not execute
command: No such file or directory" and exits. When not being logged in at a vc
gnome-terminal starts without problems.
I could verify all this by starting gnome-terminal through aterm.
This problem does not occur when starting from an sued aterm although root is
logged in at console. The user is member of 'users', 'wheel' and 'audio' if it
helps anything.

see you,
- Manny -

hmm, you should really try and check your path, it sounds like you lack some
entries there..

also, verify your shell(s) so you have the full path to the shell in /etc/passwd

it should read
    :/bin/bash
in the end, and not
    :bash
