mail-mta/exim-4.76 unconditionally blocks mail-mta/msmtp.
However, exim and msmtp happily coexist, if msmtp is built without the mta use-flag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=-mta emerge mail-mta/msmtp
2. emerge mail-mta/exim

Actual Results:  
Step 2 fails, as exim unconditionally blocks msmtp.

Expected Results:  
Allow exim and msmtp to coexist, as long as msmtp is built without mta use-flag
