The ebuild lacks a USE flag for Simplified Chinese, which causes problems with PDFs using Simplified Chinese.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.china-embassy.org/chn/hzqz/zgqz/P020070611087242661716.pdf
2. See error message.
3. Try filling in textfields
Actual Results:  
It is not possible to fill out the textfields.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to fill out the textfields.

Judging from the release notes, Adobe has not released a Simplified Chinese Language Pack for UNIX, despite the software's request that I install it and its availability on Windows:

Is there any way to pressure Adobe to release this?
