After the change to bugzilla the links under "How you can help" do not work properly. 

KDE bugs link shows that there are no bugs found.
Major KDE bugs link directs you to resolved bugs.
Minor KDE bugs link directs you to resolved bugs too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/desktop/kde/
2.Click the bug links under "How you can help" section

Actual Results:  
Depending on the link I was directed to a no bugs found page or a page with resolved bugs only.

Expected Results:  
Directed to page with unresolved bugs.

Thanks for report. Fixed in cvs, should be on web in ~30 minutes
