Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
It should have started vblade.
Appearantly something slipped during baselayout-2 transition

Expected Results:  
Started vblade server

version 19 does build & start...

Should version 19 be stabilized?

vblade is the only pkg i can see that uses `add_suffix`.  better to stabilize and forget rather than forward porting this func to openrc.
