Version bump to latest unstable.

* added dep on json-glib
* updated minimum versions per configure.ac
* remove use_enable for network manager and dbus, they do not exist anymore. However I left in the deps as they are still required for added functionality.
* libnotify 0.7 support has been added so drop the path and remove eutils

I have compiles tested this and did an initial run test and all seemd to be in order.

it works but it has some probleme, because the rss dont show its icons

Renaming from 1.7.5 to 1.7.6 works fine as no changes are made to the deps and config options.

Not sure what you mean but try version 1.7.6 and see if this sorted it out. Otherwise you can try to ask upstream.

1.7.6 added to main tree. Thanks for the report.
