This version of binutils (which thankfully warned about it before installing)
was unmasked without so much as a comment in the logs, etc.  It has been masked
in ppc pacakges file for now, but not a very graceful fix.

* Please do not use this release of binutils, as it
* is very buggy (cannot even compile glibc)!!!

I dont see the problem .. whatever it was, should be fixed, as binutils is
locked via the profile (/etc/make.profile/packages), and all the profiles
seems ok.

Yep it has been remasked in ppc profiles now, sorry I should have closed it.
