a (for me) working dev-java/rxtx-2.2_pre2 can be found here: http://subversion.fem.tu-ilmenau.de/websvn/wsvn/fem-overlay/trunk/dev-java/rxtx/
Version 2.0.3 is out. Updated ebuild: https://gitorious.org/flow-s-ebuilds/flow-s-ebuilds/blobs/master/sci-geosciences/bt747/bt747-2.0.3.ebuild with the following change: s/swinglayout.jar/swing-layout.jar
bt747-2.0.3 should depend on ">=dev-java/rxtx-2.2_pre2" With rxtx-2.1.7.2-r3 (latest in portage) it crashes on connect to my A747+ GPS-Logger via /dev/ttyACM0: dm21453 - Classgps.connection.GPSRxTxPort Experimental: JNI_OnLoad called. Works perfectly here – should be added to portage!
Fixed in main tree. Thanks for the ebuild and the bug.
