I've noticed that postgresql 7.2.1 has been released for 2 months now and it
contains critical bugfixes according to the postgresql webpage. A new ebuild for
this version would be appreciated.

andreas:  Have you had a chance to test the ebuild?  Does it work?

Sorry hadn't noticed that it was available. I tested it this morning and 
configure hangs on:

checking for ant... /usr/bin/ant
checking whether /usr/bin/ant works...

It sits there and nothing happens.
If I export USE=-java it goes on to compile so i guess it something with java. 
Since i dont use java i doesn't matter for me.

It seems to work fine without java.
