I commited the patch for the multilib strictness. I don't know what to do about the eautoreconf warning tho. As the eautoreconf is properly ran.
@sochotnicky: to not forget, i didnt upstream the patch
Check that there aren't any sed happening _after_ the eautoreconf.
The maintainer mode issue should be fixed (see bug 450448). I think this can be closed.
