The build time dependency dev-util/intltool is missing.
Also I think it's a good idea to add aria2 as a dependency with xmlrpc use if aria2 use is enabled.
added the missing dep, thank you very much for reporting this :) regarding aria2, I've chosen not to rdepend on it since one could use uget to control a remote instance.
