ftp.proxy is a simple ftpd forwarding server for inetd, this ebuild is rather simple and should be ready to be added into portage under net-ftp. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Will install config file into /etc/xinetd.d/ftpd-tcp, server is disabled by default and will require setting disable = no and changing server_args to the server you wish to proxy to.
