I didn't see any Linux module in CUPS ebuild, just config checks. These functions are defined in the linux-info.eclass and this ebuild doesn't need any more stuff. Many others ebuilds do it this way and it works.

Good idea i just didn't think of it when i wrote it.

Fixed in cvs.
