The ebuild has LICENSE="freedist" which isn't in our @FREE_SOFTWARE license groups. The package's LICENSE file says "This is a heavily cut-down BSD license", so I believe that "BSD-2" (or maybe "as-is") would be appropriate.
<Flameeyes> as for pam_mktemp, please update the license as you see fit, thanks! I've changed 1.0.3 (whose LICENSE file doesn't mention the BSD license) to "as-is" and 1.1.1 to "BSD-2".
