Wicd not start in log no errors.
net.eth0 work prefect. Try start wicd cient in user and in root. User added in group plugdev.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av wicd wicd-client-kde
2. /etc/init.d/net.eth0 stop && /etc/init.d/wicd start (all good in log no errors)
3. start wicd kde client and configure my eth0
4. push on connect and wait (wicd say me disconnect)
5. see this in log /var/log/wicd/wicd.log >> http://pastebin.com/7CFFraC8

Please attach logs instead of using a service that will expire content. Also, "emerge --info wicd" - please.

Sorry all good now its my troub. Need in config set interface to eth0. Bug in autodetect.
