Well, dev-python/argparse...
In NEWS.txt:
As of Python >= 2.7 and >= 3.2, the argparse module is maintained within the
Python standard library.

Though I'm not sure what can be done about it within the bounds of current EAPI and python eclass.

This has been fixed with the creation of virtual/python-argparse. The gentoolkit package now depends on the virtual.
