The Gentoo logo

  http://www.gentoo.org/images/glogo-small.png

shown on

  http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/name-logo.xml

carries a .png extention despite its JPEG content.
As a fix please put up big the transparent PNG (flying around as gblend.png, e.g. on [1]) for download and show a thumbnail with proper extension for it.

Reassigning to infra@, since this has nothing to do with the documentation team. Dunno if the file's wrong in CVS, or if it's just sending the wrong mimetype, or what.

The file name is wrong, not the mime type:

  # file glogo-small.png 
  [..]/glogo-small.png: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01

Fixed in CVS. Updated with a real PNG, thanks Sebastian, and I updated the name-logo.xml file glogo-small fig to linkto the gblend.png file.
