It's really annoying to see suggestions for bugs closed years ago just because you put "stable" or similarly common terms in the Summary, and it makes the entire bug form twitch and writhe under the load of old bug summaries being displayed and updated continually. I appreciate that this might help prevent duplicate bugs from being filed, but I doubt it will actually help as: 1) People tend to write bad Summaries, like "my firefox crashed after an update" - that could be thousands of different bugs. Correcting them is what bug wranglers should do, but even developers write awful Summaries like that and they do not always get corrected - going in now and correcting ten year old bugs that way is not going to happen either, I suspect. 2) People tend not to read Summaries carefully either. They might start ignoring the suggestions altogether.
