Same here. They were both installable under 3.x so this is a regression. The ebuild should check that these icons aren't already present.

Does not matter, unless you find someone to maintain icecat and -bin packages that belong to mozilla we will p.mask and remove from tree. These packages are becoming more headache then they are worth now days.
