the ebuild

Here's an ebuild for installing a current (live SVN) version of lazarus IDE.
It normaly wants Free Pascal Compiler (dev-lang/fpc) version 2.4.2 installed, which can be overridden by "fpc240" useflag (tu use fpc-2.4.0).

Note that fpc-2.4.2 is currently NOT in portage, but can by found here: http://bugs.gentoo.org/363677

As soon as this doesn't have a maintainer we cannot maintain also a live ebuild
