fpc-2.4.4.ebuild

Hi all,

  This ebuild for fpc-2.4.4 is based on current stable fpc-2.4.0. Works for me on x86 fine (at least it compiles, and compile Hedgewars).

  Limitations: I commented the fpctoc.htx file (because I don't know where and how I should get it for the new version, or maybe I should use existing one), so emerge will fail if the USE="doc".

Added 2.4.4 to CVS with a bunch of changes including a new ide use flag to replace the fpc-ide package.
