rsync1.sg.gentoo.org's (aka mirror.averse.net) IP has changed from 203.208.241.235 to 203.127.221.98.

Sorry for the delay.  rsync1.us access has been removed for 203.208.241.235
and added for 203.127.221.98.  Let me know when you are syncing with rsync1.us
again, and I'll update the rotation information.

been added to the rsync.asia.gentoo.org rotation, confirmed on rsync1.sg.gentoo.org. happy mirroring.
