After emerging Gnome 3 from the gnome overlay NetBeans (Netbeans 6.9) are displayed as "java-lang-Thread" in the top panel.
The icon is shown properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start NetBeans
Actual Results:  
The application starts and is shown as "java-lang-Thread"

Expected Results:  
The application starts and is shown as "NetBeans IDE 6.9"

This seems to go for other java apps as well, for example sqldeveloper...
