A new version (2.0.15) of the noip2 client (net-dns/noip-updater) is available. I suggest a version bump in portage from 2.0.12 to 2.0.15

A straight forward rename of the ebuild will do the job, but results in a relocation message when patching noip2.c. The patch applies successfully, but if you want to avoid the relocation message, I have generated an updated patch (noip-2.0.15.patch).

I have tested 2.0.15 on alpha and found it to be stable.
