pkg_nofetch url of sci-chemistry/dssp is named to ftp://ftp.cmbi.ru.nl/pub/molbio/software/old-dssp/dsspcmbi.tar.gz from ftp://ftp.cmbi.ru.nl/pub/molbio/software/dsspcmbi.tar.gz 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge dssp 
2.when pkg_nofetch doesnot work
3.wget ftp://ftp.cmbi.ru.nl/pub/molbio/software/dsspcmbi.tar.gz 
Actual Results:  
file doesnot exist

Expected Results:  
downloaded the file

* Fetch failed for 'sci-chemistry/dssp-101007', Log file:
 *  '/var/tmp/portage/sci-chemistry/dssp-101007/temp/build.log'
 * Download ftp://ftp.cmbi.ru.nl/pub/molbio/software/dsspcmbi.tar.gz --
 * Rename it to dssp-101007.tar.gz and place it in /usr/portage-rw/distfiles
