executing vmplayer happen any.
Executing it from console, it print 
Nessun valore impostato per "/desktop/gnome/interface/accessibility". (translate in English is "Any value set for "/desktop/gnome/interface/accessibility"

The kernel is 2.6.37 on amd64








Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1./etc/init.d/vmware start
2.vmplayer

Actual Results:  
an useless log 

Expected Results:  
the vmplayer window

vmware player segfaults with glibmm-2.28.
After setting >=dev-cpp/glibmm-2.28 in package.mask and remerging glibmm it works.

I confirm that the fix works also for me.
