Sources for ebuild dev-perl/Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.50.0 failed to fetch from CPAN.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.05.tar.gz from distfiles folder (if it exist there)
2. Try to emerge dev-perl/Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.50.0

Actual Results:  
Fetch failed for 'dev-perl/Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.50.0'

Expected Results:  
Successfully emerged package.

This actually happens because maintainer of Crypt-RIPEMD160 package changed on CPAN. But ebuild contain old module_author. This leads to incorrect download link creation, which looks like
http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/C/CH/CHGEUER/Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.05.tar.gz
instead of
http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/T/TO/TODDR/Crypt-RIPEMD160-0.05.tar.gz
