Hi,
There arent many binarys in the Portage network so here is my idea to make Gentoo less timeconsuming and to get less errors while compiling Ebuilds:
Every time someone merges something and compiles it,his binarys he just compiled get uploaded,if there arent any binarys avalible with his or her set of cflags, useflgs, etc. When the next person wants to emerge the same programm, he can chooose within a set of precompiled packages(with a list in the make.conf saying which cflags, usefags, etc he would stil be fine useing)or compile the package him or herself.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:

Impossible as
a) we don't have the storage space for a few thousand permutations of every package (this will go into tera- or petabyte range)
b) we don't have the bandwidth
c) easy to inject trojans without any authentication
d) several reasons I haven't thought of right now
