[10:45:25] <ipwizard> ok, we're looking for someone who can setup an ebuild for libalkimia (http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KdeFinance/Alkimia/libalkimia) which is required by future versions of KMyMoney.
[10:45:51] <ipwizard> A released tar-ball can be found at http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/libalkimia?content=137323

That lib needs cmakelists patched
It for no damn reason require kde4 plus set paths to install into kde folders even if it is completely independent library that should go into /usr/, no biggie but it needs to be patched before you go and add it to main tree. (also uses internal kde4 cmake functions, might be good to bundle them with tarball :)).

Automagic doxygen dependency also needs to be fixed.

Nice analysis... Just go ahead, no objections here! :)

After some discussion, added to main tree without major patching. It's going to be a KDE support library after all... app-office/libalkimia
