Except for the ext3->ext2 the changes are internal coding style, no?

SwifT: Yes, the big section about the cd's contained the names CD 1 and CD2, which is a minor inconsistiency.

i suggest putting some <section> tags into this document to make it guide.dtd valid ...

Ok, seems there are no more comments. 
I will commit the new patched file (with <section>'s).
