When updating world on my ~amd64 system portage tries to install sys-apps/gnome-disk-utility-2.32.1-r1 (upgrading from 2.32.1). During this merge the configure script fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1va sys-apps/gnome-disk-utility
2. wait
3.
Actual Results:  
configure fails

Expected Results:  
configure succeeds, and gnome-disk-utility is updated

Do you have rarian installed? Please show the output of "ls -l /usr/bin/scrollkeeper-update"

Yes, I've got app-text/rarian-0.8.1-r1 installed.

'ls -l /usr/bin/scrollkeeper-update' gives:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 Mar 17 08:34 /usr/bin/scrollkeeper-update -> rarian-sk-update

I just re-merged rarian. And gnome-disk-utility installed fine. Somehow rarian must have been messed up on my system.

I cannot reproduce even with your same CFLAGS :-S

Does 2.32.1 also fail for you when trying to merge *today*?
