Description xiando 2011-04-04 18:50:24 UTC
1. Download a file. Say a .pdf file.
2. Try to open it.
3. Firefox fires up gedit, which does not handle .pdf files.
4. Try to open the file with the folder.
5. Firefox fires up gedit, which does not handle folders.

This may be upstream problem, don't know if it's just FF 4.0 on Gentoo or all Linux variants. Regardless, it remove the download function for all practical purposes as you can't a) open the file with the folder (you can go there in some other file manager, obviously) and b) you can't open the file in given reader. I have to use the shell anyway, so I might as well copy the link and wget it - since this is quicker.

Reproducible: Always
