Created an ebuild for Balance (http://balance.sourceforge.net) a simple TCP/IP round-robin port forwarder

It should be of production quality and ready to add into portage as this is a very very simple program with a very simple ebuild which does:

make balance
doman balance.1
dobin balance

I think it should probably be in the net-misc category.

Ebuild for balance 3.11

untar into /usr/local/portage, set PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/usr/local/portage and run
emerge balance.
