when i try to emerge tetrix it's giving me the following error

ACCESS DENIED  open_wr:   /var/log/games/tetrix.log
chown: failed to get attributes of `/var/tmp/portage/tetrix-1.13.16.1.40c-r2/image//var/log/games/tetrix.log': No such file or directory

and later on this one :
