A new beta for AMANDA was released on http://www.amanda.org
This ebuild is meant for testers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. merge it
2. test it

AMANDA 3.3.0 was released by upstream (june, 2nd, 2011).

amanda-3.2.2.ebuild from portage works for amanda-3.3.0 as well.

For a client-only build we should skip chowning the server-only-binaries maybe (unnecessary errors reported).

Yep. As mentioned my ebuild works. I am not the maintainer/dev capable of adding it to portage. Sorry. Maybe I mark this one as "WORKSFORME" to wake up somebody ...

Just saw the ebuild coming up on portage .... sorry for the noise ;-9
