OK, what happend: I wanted to burn a CD using "burncenter". In a first step "burncenter" created an ISO image. Due to limited disk space the creation of my ISO image didn't finish properly. Then "burncenter" startet burning the broken image :(

I think "burncenter" should take care of such error sitiuations like it does if the ISO image is too big to fit on the CD.

Hi SpanKY,

I agree, this bug isn't gentoo related. But what's the standard procedure now? Will this problem be addressed to the upstream author by the gentoo team or should I send a bug report to the "burncenter" author?

usually bugs that are related to Gentoo in some way (even it requires an upstream patch) are filed here and then brought upstream by the developers

in this case i think it's pretty clear that it doesnt matter what distro you're using in order to experience this bug ;)
