The current regular expressions to parse the answer to the "Are you ready to continue?" question never match on my box (see below). Furthermore, no default answer is accepted upon an empty reply, so "(Y/n)" should rather be "(y/n)". The attached small patch simplifies the regular expressions to work properly and should apply to all postgresql-server ebuilds.
