Hi, 

I have a question, and please don't answer in french:

This seems very much like the official Apache log4cxx project. Even the API is almost the same. Also, the project is pretty inactive, although there has been a release this year.

What projects are using this library ? What do you need it for ?

This library is required by Pion-Net library, which is another requirement I ask for - https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361185. This library requires less dependencies than log4cxx.

I develop a web application based on this components.
