Hello there. I have a console keymap which I think should be included into portage. It's a dvorak and russian «йцукен» layouts with Caps lock as a switcher.

Reproducible: Always

Repeating the issue from the duplicate bug:
You applied the proposal, but apparently incorrectly: it currently installs on my systems
as compressed into gzip twice, so I have to gunzip it and add ".gz" extension
to solve the issue. Your added dvorak-ru.map is a gzip archive actually, you should unpack it.

i sent him a patch and he applied it
